دویچه‌بان (DB) مسیر قطارهای برلین – فرانکفورت (اودر) را بدون اطلاع قبلی بسته است. قطارهای RE1 در این مسیر به‌طور کامل لغو شده‌اند. به گفته روزنامه تاگزاشپیگل، این مسئله هرج‌ومرج زیادی را برانگیخته است. دویچه‌بان می‌گوید دلیل مسدود شدن این خط، ساخت‌وساز است. اکنون حرکت قطارهای بین برلین و ارکنر (Erkner) لغو شده‌اند و سرویس اتوبوس جایگزین در این مسیربه‌کار گرفته می‌شود.
